My name is Josh, and I created this blog as a place to talk about life with vision in just one eye. I was born with a deformed optic nerve in one eye that left me with extremely poor vision in that eye. Later on, I suffered a detached retina which left me with no vision in that eye.
That hasn’t stopped me from living a mostly normal life.
This blog is, first and foremost, about hope. Hope that, despite the challenges of monocular vision, that people blind in one eye can live a more normal life than they might realize.
So venture around. See what I’ve got. And, by all means, leave comments!
