My primary reason for writing on this site is to talk about living with monocular vision, but running a website does cost money. I might offset some of those costs through the use of third-party advertising (Google AdSense) or, more rarely, affiliate links (Amazon Associates). The compensation won’t influence what I write. For example, I’ll only use an affiliate link if the product makes honest sense in the post. I’m not about hawking products.
